Bei einem Ventilfederspanner handelt es sich um ein KFZ Werkzeug, dass mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung (auch Spanner genannt) die Ventilfeder komfortabel zusammendrückt, damit sie vom Ventil gelöst werden kann. Handhabung von einem Ventilfederspanner

Obwohl sich die Ventilfederspanner Sets unterscheiden ist die Handhabung jedoch bei fast allen Geräten gleich. Im ersten Schritt ist es wichtig die richtigen Druckstücke auszuwählen, die exakt auf die Ventilfeder passen. Die meisten Sets verfügen über verschiedene Größen der Druckstücke. Danach muss der Spanner richtig Positioniert werden. Dafür wird eine Position ausgewählt, welche es erlaubt die Feder auf geradem Weg zu spannen. Ventilfedern stehen unter großer Spannung, aus diesem Grund ist die Richtige Position und Fixierung unbedingt nötig. Sobald der Spanner richtig positioniert wurde kann die Feder gespannt werden und mit der Arbeit begonnen werden.

Motorrad Ventilfederspanner

Die meisten Ventilfederspanner können auch bei Motorrad Motoren genutzt werden. Der Ein- und Ausbau ist (bis auf einige Ausnahmen) ähnlich wie bei einem KFZ Motor. Da die Ventile von Motorrädern oft kleiner sind, müssen dafür die kleinsten Druckstücke aus dem Set verwendet werden.

Ventilfederspanner selber bauen

Da nur robuster Werkzeugstahl verhindert, dass sich das Werkzeug nicht verbiegt ist dringend davon abzuraten dieses Werkzeug selbst zu bauen. Ventilfederspanner gibt es schon zum kleinen Preis. Aus diesem Grund lohnt sich auch der Aufwand nicht.

Hinweis: Durch den großen Druck der Ventilfeder ist es erforderlich mit äußerster Vorsicht daran zu arbeiten und es darf nur KFZ Spezialwerkzeug dafür verwendet werden.
